• Name of the defective product
• A description of the issue
• Whether you would like a refund or a replacement

Returns

If you change your mind on the item you have purchased, we offer 30 day returns. As long as the product is unused and in new condition, we will accept the return. Please send us an email at info@lumestraps.com and we will run you through the steps of the return.
