We understand that the time it takes for your order to arrive is an important part of the customer experience, so for all orders received by 4pm, we will dispatch the following day. 

Australian orders

Our standard shipping rate is $9 for orders within Australia. For orders above $100, we offer free shipping.

If you would like express shipping, we offer that at a rate of $13. For orders above $100, we offer free express shipping.

Our shipping partner is Australia Post. Standard shipping times are typically between 3 to 6 business days and express shipping times are between 1 to 3 business days. 

International orders 

The flat rate for all international orders is $21. For all orders over $100, we offer free international delivery.

How do I track my order?

We know you'll be excited to get your straps in the mail so once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with all of the relevant tracking information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

As we're shipping mainly small to medium sized parcels via Australia Post, we can ship to your PO Box.

My delivery is late or missing?
